How do I get Pro on my account?
Check out with the email you'll use in the Pocket app. We set up your account on that email with Pro already on. Download the app and sign in with it.
What if I cancel Pro later?
Pocket keeps working on the free plan, with unlimited transcription, summaries saved for 30 days and 3 Ask Pocket chats a day. Pro removes those limits and adds the highest accuracy transcription, automatic speaker names, 80+ templates and full export.
What happens when my plan ends?
Pro renews at the same price for another plan of the same length, so nothing gets interrupted. You can cancel anytime in the Pocket app before your renewal date.
Which plan should I pick?
We'd pick 12 months: it's the lowest cost per day. The 3 and 6-month plans cost less upfront.
Does Pocket work with my phone?
Yes. Pocket works with iPhone and Android. It attaches with MagSafe or the included adhesive mount.
Does Pocket record phone calls?
Yes. Snap it on the back of your phone and the contact mic records both sides of the call, with no speakerphone.
Does it need charging?
Pocket has its own battery, with up to 4 days of use per charge. It charges over USB-C in about an hour and a half.
I already have a Pocket account. Does that work?
Yes. Check out with the email you use in the Pocket app and Pro is added to that account.

What happens to my data?
It's encrypted, it belongs to you, and it's never sold. It isn't used to train AI models without your consent. You can export your transcripts and summaries whenever you like.
What about shipping and returns?
Shipping is free, and US orders usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Send Pocket back within 30 days and we refund your order, Pro included. Return shipping is on you unless it arrived faulty. Pocket also comes with a one-year warranty.
