Refund & Warranty Policy

We want you to love your Pocket. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your Pocket must be:

  • In its original packaging

  • In unused or like-new condition

To start a return, email us at hey@heypocket.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there's an issue.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

Warranty

All Pocket devices come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Hardware or functionality failures not caused by misuse

This does not cover:

  • Accidental damage (e.g., drops or water exposure)

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

If your Pocket experiences any issues within the warranty period, email us at hey@heypocket.com and we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.
