What's included in Business vs Pro?
Pro is for individuals. Business adds a company workspace with shared folders, admin roles and recording access, seat-based billing, shared templates and usage analytics, SSO and SCIM, an audit log, recordings that stay with the company, HIPAA mode and BAA, and org-level API keys and webhooks.
How does pricing work?
Free is $0. Pro is $19.99 a month billed yearly, or $29.99 billed monthly. Business is $25 per seat per month billed yearly, or $35 billed monthly. Device prices depend on your country and are shown at checkout.
Can I start with a few seats and add more later?
Yes. Start with the seats you need and add more as the team grows.
Can I buy devices without a subscription?
Yes. Every device works on the free plan with unlimited transcription. Business adds the company controls.
Is Pocket's AI trained on my recordings?
No. Recordings are never sold or used to train AI models.
Is there a BAA?
Yes. HIPAA mode and a BAA are available on Business. Contact sales to sign the BAA.
How do people know they're being recorded?
In person, the device lights up and vibrates when recording starts, and recording only starts with the physical button. On online calls, Pocket doesn't join as a bot or notify other participants, so let them know you're recording. The app reminds you to get consent.
Which plan includes the API?
Personal API keys and webhooks are on Pro. Business adds org-level keys and webhooks owned by the company.
How fast do devices ship?
US orders usually arrive in 3–5 business days and international orders in about a week. Pocket ships to the US, Canada, the UK, most of Europe, and parts of Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
